domestic violence. >> investigators say that they found a gun next to the man, and that he is the only suspect. the woman's death is considered the sixth homicide in san jose this year. >> it antioch, an investigation is under way after a teenage girl was hit and killed last night. if this happened just before 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of hillcrest avenue and hit 10 gland drive. police said forcing year-old girl was crossing the street when she was hit by a driver. she was airlifted to the hospital where she later died. the driver and several witnesses stayed at the scene while police questioned them. the girl's name is not being released until the family has been notified. >> we're also watching bay
